At the start & end of the Challenge
SHRED
The first 4 weeks focus on an intense SHRED phase, designed to help your body tap into stored fat for energy, accelerating weight loss and reducing inflammation. In the next 4 weeks, called the Reintroduction Phase, you'll gradually reintroduce various food groups, ensuring that you maintain your weight loss while rebalancing your diet.
OR
BUILD
The initial 4 weeks focus on maintaining a clean calorie surplus to maximise muscle growth and development, while refining your diet. The next 4 weeks transition into a bulk phase to develop muscle mass and continue building strength.

I started this challenge with my main goal being weight related. The first two weeks I really struggled with my eating and how hungry I was but then I started to come right and the weight began to drop off.
