What got me into the game: I have always been extremely passionate about keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle. I grew up playing high intensity sports such as rowing and waterpolo and was extremely determined to excel and bring the best possible version of myself. I become captain and later coached in both sports and loved leading and helping people to stay motivated and accountable. This is when I realised helping others and improving peoples quality of life is something I wanted to create a long standing career out of.
Biggest Personal Achievement: My biggest personal achievement through fitness is winning states and rowing for Brisbane. More importantly there is no better feeling than being able to see the positive impact I have made throughout my career on people’s lives both mentally and physically, I don’t think that can top any personal achievement I have made in my career.
What you can expect to see me training: There is nothing I enjoy more than absolutely sending it in a high intensity session. I love to mix it up and consistency run and train strength and conditioning.
Qualifications/expertise: Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness, advanced nutrition, female specific training, boxing for fitness and high intensity and weight training specialist.

What got me into the game: I grew up playing a lot of sport from a young age and from the moment I was introduced to the strength and conditioning side of being an athlete, I found a true passion that I wanted to share with the community.
Biggest achievement in the industry: My biggest achievement has been the opportunity to see consistent strength training change people’s lives. One of the best parts about working in this industry is witnessing people take control of their health and work hard to achieve their goals.
Biggest Personal Achievement: Moving to Brisbane to play basketball was a huge achievement for me. Throughout my basketball career I was lucky enough to represent Victoria and play 2 seasons as a development player in the WNBL. Aside from Basketball, I would have to say that launching my own activewear brand in 2020 was my biggest achievement.
What you can expect to see me training: You will more often then not catch me doing lower body.. With a mix of Strength, Power & Conditioning work.
Qualifications/expertise: Completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science and I am currently studying my Certificate in Performance Nutrition. When I’m not coaching at Project Reform, I am working part time as an Exercise Scientist, liaising with an excellent team of Physiotherapist’s and Exercise Physiologist's to help our community live an active, pain-free and healthy life.

What got me into the game: I have always been an active person. I grew up playing sport from the age of 6, started the gym at 7 and I spent 6 years in the Military so this all came naturally to me. So being a coach and helping others be active and not be a lazy sack just felt like the obvious step forward.
Biggest achievement in the industry: In the coaching world, having the privilege to train professional athletes and seeing them perform in their sport is a feeling I will never get tired of.
Biggest Personal Achievement: Deploying overseas was something I will always remember and be proud of. To share that experience with some of my closest friends was unreal.
What you can expect to see me training: I love training to be athletic, strong and to perform. From jumping, weightlifting, compound lifts to cardio. All the cool shit. In case of a zombie apocalypse, I want to be strong enough to fight or fast enough to leg it.
Qualifications/expertise: As above; Strength and Performance is my style of training and how I train my ALL clients. There is an athlete and everyone and I will find it. I will push you to be your best and tell you when your not. I will not babysit you but you will be a priority. Quals: Level 1 S&C / Cert 3&4.

What got me into the game: One of my favourite parts of being an athlete was the strength and conditioning component of training. How S&C can differentiate you from the rest. I wanted to be able to pass this mindset on to others!

Biggest Personal Achievement: Representing Australia in national seniors Volleyball and Beach Volleyball teams over a number of years and travelling the world doing so.

Qualifications/expertise: My expertise is definitely in form and quality of movement! I believe as soon as you can do something correctly you can start to push the boundaries. As I work with teens a lot, I tend to have many different cues and ways of demonstrating so can generally help most people with their movement! Qualifications: Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, ASCA Level 2: Associate Coach, Cert 3 & 4 Fitness.
